It would be 9.6 because of PEMDAS, which is parentheses, exponent, multiply, divide, add, and subtract. You would divide 224 ÷ 34 first, which is 6.59, and then add 3, which is 9.59. Or 9.6 if u rounded.  I just rounded all of these numbers btw!!
