[tex]\frac{3p}{8} - 13 = -25[/tex]

                                                   + 13 to both sides

[tex]\frac{3p}{8} = -12[/tex]

                                                    times by 8 on both sides

3p  = - 96

                       divide by 3 on both sides

p = -32
