Answer:

(0-4)/(1-k)= -2

-4/(1-k)= -2

-2(1-k)= -4

-2 +2k = -4

2k = -2

k = -1

y - 4 = -2( x + 1)

y - 4 = -2x - 2

y = -2x + 2
