1) Sprain = A
- Sprain is the stretching/damaging of fibrous tissues which are present between the joints of two bones also known as ligaments

- Rest is the process of relaxation of body or you can say minimal movement of body

4) Heat = A 
- Heat is the nothing but the energy that is transferred between two bodies because of temperature difference
