3/6=1/2 barrel per batch.
Turn 7 into 7/1.
Now, multiply the numerators, then the denominators.
3x7=21
2x1=2
21/2=10 and 1/2.

3/6 = 1/2. if they use half a bag of flour in 1 batch of cookies, then in 7 batches they would use 3 and a half bags of flour.
