They use more persuasive language and facts and not "believe" or wishy-washy words. They sound confident.

They build underlying assumptions that the audience is likely to accept. They might try to enhance the audience's interest by making them relate in the logical and emotional aspect of the subject by appealing to shared beliefs, experiences and values. They might also convey a shared sense of issues and timelines finding arguments effectively anchored within the audience's beliefs and values.
