I would be almost certain that it must be racial 16, though I have no idea what that means.

I think you mean 'radical', so, due to the index law that the product of two numbers that are raised to the power of the same exponent is equal to the product of the two numbers raised to the exponent.

Therefore, radical 2 multiplied by radical 8 is equal to radical 16.
