I really don't understand what's behind this question at all,
but I can sure do the math:
Speed = (distance covered) / (time to cover the distance) .
= ( 36 meters) / (13 seconds)
= (36/13) (meters/second)
= 2.7692... meters per second (rounded)
(about 6.2 miles per hour) .
