Write the point-slope form of an equation for a horizontal line that passes through (-15, 11).

y – 15 = 0

y + 11 = 0

y – 11 = 0

y + 15 = 0

I think the answer is y-11=0.

I am confused because there is no slope given so what I did is I just replaced y with its vakue that was given and determoned as to what equation is true. 

So, 
y-11=0
11-11=0
