I believe the answer is: agreeing to live by the golden rule

The golden rule stated that we should treat other human just like how we wanted to be treated by other humans.
Hobbes saw this rule should be followed because tragedy and problems that come to our life often really unpredictable.
Because of this, we should constantly make effort to help other people in their problem because those other people would also help ours when we need it.
